These terms apply to the use of Relsko (relsko.com, relsko.cz and app.relsko.com) during early access. By requesting access or using the app you agree to them.

Relsko is provided as an early-access service. Features may change, be added or be temporarily unavailable. The terms of access and the pricing are agreed individually by e-mail before you upload anything. There is no payment inside the app.
You keep all rights to the videos, photos, music and texts you upload, and to the videos Relsko creates from them. You confirm that you have the right to use the uploaded material, including music and the consent of the people who appear in it. We use your files only to create your videos.
Concepts, captions and recommendations are generated by AI and can contain errors. Check names, prices, dates and claims before you publish a video. Relsko does not guarantee reach, sales or any other business result.
We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during early access. The files of deleted projects are removed from our servers.
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last change.
