Your name, e-mail, business and goal. We use them only to reply to your request and to agree the terms of access. We do not send newsletters. The request is delivered to our inbox and our customer records and is kept until the request is closed or you ask us to delete it.
Uploaded videos, photos and audio, the briefs you write and the videos created from them are stored on servers in the EU (Germany) for as long as your project exists. You can delete the whole project at any time; that removes the files from the server. Access to the app is protected by an access code.
To propose concepts, captions and shot lists, the text of your brief and a technical description of your footage (not the video files themselves) are sent to an AI language-model provider, which may be located outside the EU. Speech is transcribed for captions on our own servers.
The website uses no advertising cookies. The app stores your language and brand settings only in your browser. If we add web analytics, we will list it here.
