A clear call to action in a short video tells viewers exactly what to do next, using simple words and one specific step.

A call to action in a short video is the line that tells people what to do next. It works best when it is short, specific and spoken or shown near the end. For a small business, one clear request beats several vague ones.
People watch short videos quickly. If you do not tell them what to do, most will scroll on. A simple instruction gives them a reason to stop and act. It also helps you measure what worked, because you know what you asked for.
You do not need a clever slogan. You need one action. For example: "Send us a message", "Book a table", "Visit our shop", "Order on our website". Pick one and say it plainly.
Keep it to a few words. Use the same words your customers use. If you run a café, say "Reserve a table for tonight". If you are a plumber, say "Call us for a free quote". Avoid words like "engage" or "learn more" unless you explain what happens next.
Say it out loud in the video. Also put it on screen as text. Many people watch without sound, so the text does the work. In Relsko, you can add text to your video and it will appear on screen. The assistant can also help you write it in your language.
Place the call to action near the end, but not in the last second. Give people a moment to read it. If your video is 20 seconds, the last 3 to 4 seconds are a good spot.
Each one names one action and one place to do it. That is enough.
If you can tick all six, your call to action is ready.
Do not ask for too many things. "Like, share, comment and follow" is four actions, and most people will do none. Choose one.
Do not hide the action in the middle. People often skip ahead. Put it where they will see it.
Do not promise what you cannot deliver. If you say "free quote", make sure it is free. Trust is hard to win back.
Do not forget the text. Sound off is common. A short line on screen helps everyone.
Start by uploading your own phone clips and photos. The assistant asks at most a couple of questions and suggests three concepts. Pick the one you like. Relsko then makes three cut variants of that concept. You download the one that fits best.
Relsko uses only your footage. It does not add stock clips or scenes you did not film. Your video is vertical, 1080x1920, ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok or YouTube Shorts. You can add animated captions (in beta) and text in 16 languages. If you want, you can translate the finished video's text into any of the other 15 languages.
You can register for 30 days of full access without a card. Invitations extend it. After that, there is a free level with a small watermark. Upload up to 50 files at once, 200 per project, 2 GB per file. Video length is 10 to 35 seconds. Processing time depends on your footage, captions and load.
Next step: open Relsko, upload your clips, choose one concept and download a variant. Then post it with your one clear call to action.
In short: One clear call to action, said out loud and shown as text near the end, is what turns a short video into a customer action.
Show people what you do, without hours of editing.
