A Simple Video Workflow for Every Property Listing

A repeatable real estate agent video workflow: film on your phone, upload the clips, pick one concept and download a cut.

Publikované 2026-09-21

You do not need an editor or a studio to put a video on every listing. The workflow is simple: film short clips on your own phone while you are already at the property, upload them to Relsko, answer a couple of questions, choose one of three proposed concepts, and download one of three cut variants. The whole thing is built around footage you already have, so nothing has to be staged twice.

Film the property in one pass

The biggest time saver is filming during a viewing or a handover, not on a separate trip. You are already there, the light is what it is, and the rooms are tidy enough. Keep each clip between 10 and 35 seconds, because that is the length Relsko works with.

Walk through in a fixed order so you never forget a room. A simple route works well: front of the building, entrance hall, main living space, kitchen, one or two bedrooms, bathroom, and the view or garden. Hold the phone vertically, because the finished video is vertical (1080x1920) for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

Do not worry about a perfect opening. Say one plain sentence at the start, such as the street name and the size. That sentence becomes your opening line in the video.

What to film for each listing

A short checklist keeps every video consistent and makes editing decisions easier later.

  • One wide shot of the building or the street from outside.
  • A slow walk through the entrance and hallway.
  • The main living space, filmed from a corner so the size is visible.
  • The kitchen, including one close shot of the worktop or appliances.
  • Bedrooms, one clip each, no need to film every corner.
  • Bathroom, one steady clip.
  • The best feature: balcony, garden, view or parking.
  • Two or three photos of details you cannot film well, such as a floor plan or a nice light fitting.

You can upload up to 50 files at once, up to 200 per project, and each file can be up to 2 GB. In practice you will use far fewer.

Upload and let the assistant ask its questions

Open Relsko and upload the clips and photos from your phone. The assistant asks at most a couple of questions, usually about the property and what you want the video to focus on. Answer in plain words. There is no timeline to drag and no keyframes to set.

The assistant then proposes three concepts. Each concept is a different way of shaping the same footage, for example one that leads with the living space and one that leads with the location. You pick one. You are not choosing between nine videos, just one direction.

After you choose, Relsko makes three cut variants of that one concept. They differ in pacing and in which shots are used where. Watch them, download the one that feels right, and keep the others if you want a different version for a different platform.

Keep the text and language simple

Captions and in-video text are part of the workflow, and animated captions are currently in beta. Standard export is available to everyone. The interface, the assistant, speech transcription and in-video text work in 16 languages, and you can translate the finished video's text into any of the other 15. That matters if you sell to buyers who do not speak the local language.

A few habits make the text better. Keep captions to a few words per line. Put the price or the size in text rather than saying it out loud, so it is easy to read with the sound off. Avoid abbreviations that only locals understand.

A repeatable routine that fits a normal week

The point of a workflow is that you stop deciding everything from scratch. Once the routine is set, a listing video becomes a small task instead of a project.

  • Film during the viewing you were already attending.
  • Upload the same evening, while you remember which clip is which.
  • Answer the assistant's questions in one short sitting.
  • Pick one of the three concepts without overthinking it.
  • Download one cut variant and post it.
  • Save the remaining clips for a second video later in the week.

Processing time depends on how long your footage is, how many captions you use and how busy the service is, so upload a little before you need the video rather than five minutes before a post.

Where this fits for a real estate agent

This workflow is designed for people who show property, not for people who edit video. You keep your own voice and your own footage, and Relsko never adds stock footage, generated scenes or anything you did not film. There is a worked example on the industry page at /for/realestate/ if you want to see how a listing video is put together from ordinary phone clips.

When you are ready, register for 30 days of full access without a card. Invitations extend that period, and afterwards there is a free level with a small watermark.

To start, film one property on your next viewing, upload the clips to Relsko, answer the questions, choose one of the three concepts and download one of the three cut variants. Do that for two or three listings and the routine becomes automatic.

V skratke: Film one property on your next viewing, upload the clips, choose one of three concepts and download one cut variant.

Otázky, ktoré ľudí napadnú ako ďalšie

How long does it take to make one listing video?
Filming happens during a viewing you already attend, so it adds only a few minutes on site. Uploading and answering the assistant's questions takes a short sitting, and processing time depends on footage length, captions and current load, so it is best to upload before you need the video.
Do I need editing experience or special equipment?
No. You film with your own phone and upload the clips, and the assistant proposes three concepts for you to choose from. You then pick one concept, and Relsko renders three cut variants of it for you to download, without touching a timeline.
Can I use the same footage for more than one video?
Yes. You can upload up to 200 files per project, so the same clips can support several videos. You can also translate the finished video's text into any of the other 15 supported languages.
